Who we are
We watched Russia invade Ukraine and Europe fail to rise to its own defence, relying instead on American assistance. Ave Europa is the answer.

Operators, engineers, students and organisers, working in the open. The team is larger than this page; these are the leads, chapter chairs and coordinators who answer for the work.
Strategy
Senior executive with more than 30 years as CTO, VP and Managing Director. Has co-founded high-growth ventures, built six mobile core networks for TDC, Vodafone, Du, Etisalat and STC, and national internet infrastructure on three continents.
Marketing
Dual-national relationship director with over 20 years in marketing across pharmaceuticals and energy. Holds a degree in Business Communications and an MA in Political Strategy, combining sector expertise with a strategic understanding of European institutions.
External Affairs
CEO and co-founder of Nova Mundi and former Salzburg Hub Curator of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community. With a background in law, investment advisory, finance and assurance, he now builds adaptive AI agents for accounting, audit and compliance.
Operations
Studies Political Science and Economics at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and has held several working-student positions in Human Resources.
Founder and National Chapters
Became active in politics at a young age, where exposure to diverse views shaped a strong euro-federalist stance. Founded a youth federalist NGO in Lithuania and, seeing no European right-wing federalist movement to join, initiated Ave Europa.
Legal and HR
Works with precision, making sure documents and agreements are correct, clear and applicable. Earlier experience in legal support, sales, customer service and the cultural sector strengthened his ability to explain complex information clearly.
Fundraising
Senior executive and engineer with extensive experience in the European built environment. As Head of Fundraising, he builds a sustainable financial foundation and the partnerships that create long-term stability.
Board member, German Chapter
Belgian-Spanish-German engineer living in Munich who co-founded and is active in the German Chapter. As an engineer, Diego likes to discuss energy and industrial policy, with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
Board member, Lithuanian Chapter
Entered public and political life at a young age through the Young Conservative League, where meeting Vilius redirected his attention firmly toward Europe. Helped build a Lithuanian federalist NGO; studies civil engineering and manages a wholesale company.
Board member, Spanish Chapter
Brings experience in the healthcare sector, the innovation ecosystem and public policy, with a focus on life sciences and procurement. Academic background in Biotechnology, Economics and Management; works with Ave Europa International and the Spanish Chapter.
Caucasus Coordinator
Works to strengthen pro-European cooperation and dialogue across Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan. Founder of the Eastern Digital Corridor, an analytical platform focused on European integration and regional diplomacy.
Member, Policy Team
Studies Political Science at Pompeu Fabra University. Joined Ave Europa through an interest in political theory, geopolitics and europeanism; member of the Policy and Public Relations teams.
